INTRODUCTION

I admit, at first I’m kinds hesitant to make a health blog. Why? Because I’m not a health buff. I never think of myself as one and I feel that I might be the last person who would think about healthy options. I eat almost anything. I don’t exercise and my diet usually comprise of fatty foods. I am not a fan of vegetable and fruits and I drink sodas almost everyday. I don’t usually drink and smoke but taking a nap every now and then is one of my hobbies. I am indeed not a health buff but hopefully as I construct this site I hope like you I could also learn on how to live life happy and healthy. This is a site created to provide health tips and bits of information on how to take care of our body. Good luck to us!
