Since childhood I have developed my skills to always make people laugh. I don’t know how but people I know always refer me as a “ funny girl ” and I am happy that I am because Ive learned how will laughter is in having a positive well being.
Go ahead and add laughter to the list of factors that continued a healthy. Researchers at Lorna Linda university Medical Center are looking at how a persons mental state and perspective on life effects the functions of the are studying how “ a merry heart “ ( that is happiness mirthful laughter ) can actually bolster the body’s ability to prevent and combat illness and disease.

In the study scientists measured blood stress hormone levels of a group of medical students before, during and after the watched a humorous video. Results showed that mirthful laughter brings about significant changes in certain components of the endocrine system believed to be related to the body’s ability to fight disease..
For instance, the students experienced a reduction in their levels of blood control. Control released during moments of strees ( distress ) , can reduce the circulation of lymphocytes
( immune cells ) in the bone marrow and interfere with their normal functioning in the immune system.
Researchers also foung that mirthful laughter modifies same classical stress hormone levels in ways that may positively influence the immune system.
