At last, on July 1st we would start our gym workout. I am so excited about it. I would definitely make it work this time. I have been in and out of the gym before and I guess I wasn't able to adopt a healthy lifestyle that's why I'm back to square one again. I need to lose these extra fifty pounds I've got and I intend to get rid of it in the next six months or before Christmas this year. On Improving Lives
I'm happy that everything went well during my sister's stay here in our place. I believe she enjoyed each and everyday she's with us and I too am very happy that my family again had bonded after almost a year of not being able to see each other. My family is not perfect, we also had problems and one of those is my cousin's drug addiction problem. He's been hooked to methamphetamine for almost five years now and we can really feel our aunt's burden when we met her for our annual family reunion. Though my cousin is now 40 years old and already has his own family, my aunt still feels that the reason why he became an addict is because she wasn't able to pay much attention to him when he was still a kid. She already tried everything to help me get out of his addiction but everything failed. When mom had the chance to talk to her, she said that the best thing to do is to send him to the US where his father lives. My aunt and his husband has been separated since my cousin was only five years old. Mom said that there are a lot of competent meth treatment centers in California would definitely help my cousin recover from his addiction. " Health first ", this is what I always put in my mind now. My younger sister got hospitalized lately because of amoebiasis, a sickness caused by unsafe drinking water. We have never been that worried for her and spent so much money for hospitalization. Thank God she recovered fast and is now again alive and kicking. In few days, my sister will be joining a young people truth camp in a certain resort in a nearby province. Mom and I were a little hesitant to let her join the camping because we were worrying with the water there, if it is safe enough for drinking. This Is Really It!
Grabe, it’s been a looong day for me at the office. Well okey naman kasi there has been some issues with our tools and we were permitted to say the tools outage script. Biruin mo, no tools for three hours! There are also some issues with our avayas, nadidisconnect sya every now and then so ang tendency, we were not able to finish troubleshooting the member’s issue. We were not permitted to callback pa naman. Anyways, we finally decided to enroll ourselves in Gold’s Gym here in Robinson’s Galleria. Actually, at first I was really decided but when I say how much my pay was, I kind’a got half hearted. It was three thousand short of what I used to get during paydays. To my dismay, I told my officemates that I would be backing out. Good thing, Melai, my closest friend urged me to continue and not think about saving that much for the future because I also need to take care of my health. She does have a point…actually I’ve realized that I really need to exercise and to lose some weight because I don’t want to get any diseases which are associated with obesity. I admit, I am already 60 lbs overweight and it’s not cute anymore. I also want to purchase the famous P90 workout dvds to speed up the process of losing these extra pounds I have, it is actually something that I could use when I’m at the comfort of my own home. I’ve been hearing a lot of positive P90X reviews and I feel it really works. I would also like to get those P90X Drink to boost up my metabolism. I really hope this would work this time and I hope I can get my ideal weight this year.
