HCG Diet

As I've said before I am not happy being overweight. I wasn't able to fit into my old jeans anymore and seems like every month, a pound or two is being added into my weight. I've tried all the weight loss program available but to no avail. Then one day, I was able to browse a site that talks about a certain HCG Diet, it is either 23 or 40 Day Protocol, depending on how much weight the patient wants to lost. Both protocols does have 3 phases of the program. The HCG Diet promises to help you lose 1-3 pounds not per week but per day! Wow, that is too good to be true but a lot of people could tell that it's working for them. Imagine, as much as 21 lbs in 7 days? Amazing! Depression and Shopping

I think I've been experiencing some sort of manic depression nowadays. I am always sad these past couple of days, maybe because I didn't have a chance to go to a mall for two weeks straight. I feel that everything that is happening in my life is a routine, no new things going on. I guess I could also blame my laziness. When I'm at home, I feel so lazy to go out even for a walk outside of our village. My colleague Ice told me earlier that maybe the reason why I am sad nowadays is because I didn't get enough physical activity or didn't get much sunshine. She has a point, for two weeks now, I'm always inside our house. Maybe a little shopping would help me forget about whatever it is that causes this extreme sadness. When I get my salary on Friday, I would definitely but a pair of pants, a shades and some beauty products such as Natural Skin Care Products and Mineral Make Ups. I hope buying those stuff could set my mood. 

 






How to be Stress Free

Being a call center agent, we are faced with a lot of stress. Talking to different people (most of them irate) for more than eight hours a day is indeed a heavy task. And according to health professionals, one should have at least one outlet where he could release the stress. Some people uses travelling as a tool, some reading and some their hobbies. For me, I normally play online Internet casino to de-stress myself. It's not that I'm hooked to it, I normally play especially when I feel down and wants to have some fun. I know that everything should be in moderation so I make it a point that I don't forget when to stop. So far, so good. I was able to alleviate stress and have fun and a possibility of winning always thrills me up. I'm happy I was able to find my own outlet for de-stressing myself.

Hair Supplements for My Hair

I just recently had my hair dyed…again! Haha, I just cant get enough of purple red color…I need to make sure that there is no trace of black in my hair so I need to dye in once a week. I know it’s not a healthy habit especially for my hair but I can’t help it. So to make it up to my hair, I checked the net for any available hair supplements. I am planning to have my hair cut short for my birthday but I am still thinking about it. Since I am overweight, I don’t think a very short hair would suit me…but I will try to make it work maybe. I just want to have something new in my life and I will start with my hair style. In a month’s time, I would be celebrating my 31st birthday…and a realization came just like a lightning in my head about what I really want to do with my life. I want to be happy…I don’t care where would this life lead me but I know what my ultimate goal is…to be happy and to be a person God wants me to be. I also want to be a source of happiness to other people. I guess I need to start by changing my perspective about life…and I am starting right now. Wish me luck!

Fight Hypertension

I as a 30 year old lad, is already on the stage of my life wherein I need to know more on how to take care of my body and my health in totality.
