It's been almost four months since I had my weight loss scheme and I can say that somehow, I succeeded. Though I only lost 15 pounds for the last four months, I still believe that it's better to slowly shed it off as it will give ample time to the body to adapt to my new eating patterns, thus, it would be very unlikely for me to gain those weight again for the next lets say three to four months. I am not in a hurry anyway, I guess, I need to just enjoy this journey. I would still give myself at least three months to lose these extra 35 lbs off my body. I am currently weighing 165 lbs. which is 15 lbs. lighter than my previous weight four months ago which is 180 lbs. I intend to lose the 15 lbs. till Christmas and another 20 lbs till my birthday in February. Woohoo! I really hope I can cope up with my weight goal schedule.
By the way, besides going to the gym...I also intend to buy natural supplements to boost up my metabolism and strengthen my body. I was able to know about natures way vitamins through my friend Melai who is into natural health products. She is more concerned about how she looks because her boyfriend from Ireland would soon visit her and she wants to make sure that she is at her best appearance when it happens so she tried drinking what she called natures way herbs which improves stamina and promotes overall health and wellness to the body. I could tell that whatever it is, it is making my friend more energetic and slimmer. Her skin also became supple and smooth. I would love to try one of those natures way products one of these days. I hope I could get the same results as what Melai had when she started patronizing those products.
