The Best Workout

Just yesterday, GK and some of my officemates made their choice to enroll in a gym. At last, they are now able to do the hardest first step to lose some extra pounds they have. They were given a promise by the gym instructor that they will get the best workout and they would also get a personalized and more advanced type of workout. They can use all the facilities on the gym and a lot of gadgets too to help them monitor their weight loss such as BMI calculator , a digital weighing scale and a high tech body fat calculator

I know enrolling in a gym would boost their determination to finally live a healthy lifestyle. I myself would like to try it out but I'm still thinking about it. My finances are currently shaky and I need to cut down expenses to make sure I can save at least half of what I earn monthly in preparation for my retirement two years from now. I'm torn between saving and grabbing the chance of finally getting back in shape. I'm thinking of enrolling myself in a gym with a cheaper joining fee, I wish I can find one close to where I live.Will update you on what my decision would be on my next posts.

Stress Related Sickness

Just recently, we had our APE or Annual Physical Exam. It is one of the requirements of the company to ensure that all of their employees are healthy. I wonder what the normal sickness of call center peeps are. Most likely it would be fatigue, stress and low back pain . We do answer calls almost 8 hours daily and we just sit in our small cubicles at those times so it's just normal that we feel pain on our back for sitting on long hours. I guess most call center professionals also suffer from degenerative disc disease and spondylolisthesis - all of these are associated with back pains. Insomia and sore throat are second on the list as we work during wee hours of the day and we use our vocal chords most of the time in are taking calls. Some other minor sickness are headache and fever.

I still wasn't able to finish my Physical Exam but I hope everything is well with me. If there is any abnormalities, I hope it would just be minor. I can manage not having so much but I hope and pray God would bless me and everyone in my family with good health.

Determined To Lose Weight

We just had our annual physical exam and as expected - I again was diagnosed with obesity. At 180 pounds and 5 feet in height, I really can't deny the fact that there is indeed a serious risk in my health. I know that having this weight would increase my risk of having diabetes, heart disease and high blood. I know that I need to do some serious change in my lifestyle and I am willing to do what it takes to lose these extra 50 pounds off my weight. I also would like to buy a Herbalife chocolate shake as a food supplement. I guess I need to have all the determination I could get. At the age of 30, I know it would not be easy for me. But I still am willing to do everything to have my life back. I want to wear fashionable clothes again and I want to do things I used to do when I am still at 130 pounds. Will let you know what's going on in these weight reduction scheme of mine. Wish me luck!

My Lazyness and Weight Loss Plan

I don’t know if I can still manage to lose some weight. Lately, I’ve realized how lazy I could get. After my shift, I would come and eat lunch which my hubby prepared for me. I would eat two to three cups of rice and after eating, I would rest for a while, about 30 minutes and would lay down in front of the television while eating my favorite chips. After about two hours, I would go inside our room and would lay down in our couch and read a book which will eat up another thirty minutes of my time and only after that would I sleep in preparation for my night shift. After around six to seven hours or uninterrupted sleep, I would take a shower, eat dinner which by the way was again prepared by my better half. I would then prepare for my shift and will ride a taxi on my way to the office, I prefer riding a cab as compared to riding a bus as the latter would require me to walk for ten minutes before I could reach the office. I don’t know why I feel so tired and lazy all the time, maybe it’s because of the very hot temperature in the metro nowadays. I don’t really have any physical activities so I am putting my fate to the Herbalife supplement I purchased from a friend last week. She told me that Herbalife products are really effective and I believed her immediately as I am a witness on how fast she became slim after drinking those supplements. I know I also need to do my part to lose these extra pounds, I guess I would join my friends in their gym enrollment next week.

For A Healthier Me

We again had postponed our plans of enrolling in a gym. Due to some time constraints and finances as well...we just decided to just postpone it till next month. Anyway, it's still summer and with extremely hot weather like this, I don't think I can manage to go home an hour or two late which is about noon time. Anyway, I once shared my problem with my blogmates before regarding my weight. I would really want to cut down 25 percent of my weight before the year ends. I would like to be healthy for my future baby. One of my readers recommended taking Herbalife products as a food supplement. She told me that since she took about just half of their Nutritional Shake Mix...she was able to lose ten pounds off her weight. She even let me see her old photos through yahoo photo sharing capability and I really can't believe the before and after pictures as it is too good to be true. Men have been brought up to be competitive. For many, strength and self reliance prove their masculinity and their essence as a man. This attitude also reflects on how they view their own sexuality. It is not easy for men to go into a sexual situation believing that everything rides on how well he performs. But many men seem to rate themselves according to how they work at sex and believes that relationships suffer because of performance anxiety since making love less of a union and more of a task. I has been observed that most men who experience performance anxiety made love with the fear of not living up to their partners "sexpectations" which are not usually accurate. Make sex an activity that both husband and wife both partake in actively. Try being spontaneous, like going home earlier than usual and staying in bed for the rest of the day. Husbands should read self help articles on how to use sex toys for men. Switch roles during foreplay so both of you can experience giving and being given pleasure during sex.
